About this work

I'm Syngha Han. I've spent the last four years inside a major semiconductor enterprise leading AI transformation work — bridging what AI can technically do today with what large operating organizations are actually willing and able to ship.

I'm now building my next chapter as a Forward Deployed Engineer. This site is where I write about that translation problem: between technical possibility and operator timelines, between what frontier labs ship and what legacy enterprises can absorb, and between the future AI engineers see and the present operators have to fund.

Essays are published in numbered chapters, and notes between chapters as they accrue. Body type is set in Newsreader; display in Fraunces; datelines in JetBrains Mono. The site is built with Astro and lives on Cloudflare's edge.
